5. Genuine Product Guarantee

All the products we sell are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and authentic. We source them directly from the manufacturer and authorized distributors that oversee the entire logistics chain to ensure the product is maintained and handled properly throughout the entire process.

6. Irradiation

All of the products we import, specifically baby formula, are declared as such which bypasses scanners when going through customs. This form of declaration carriers additional import fees, which many other companies either overlook or try to save shipping costs on by declaring differently. By managing the end-to-end shipping of our products we are able to ensure the formula's we carry are free from radiation scans.

7. Expiration Dates

Please note that Europe has a slightly different way of writing dates, in this case expiration dates. The format is DD/MM/YYYY instead of the American version that we're used to, MM/DD/YYYY. For example, a date written as 3/11/2021 is interpreted as November 3rd, 2021. Rest assured that the products we sell are fresh and have extended expiration dates. We receive new shipments weekly to ensure quality and shelf life.

8. Is Organic Formula for us?

Our daughter was five months old and I was constantly tired and drained from breastfeeding. As I prepared to go back to work, we agreed that we needed to supplement our infants diet with formula. We discussed the option with our pediatrician who advised us it was okay. If you find yourself in a similar situation then we highly recommend considering organic formula.

10. What is the difference between the European formulas and the US formulas?

The difference is that the European organic certifications are far superior and stricter than US organic certification (USDA). The European formulas contain only organic raw ingredients, with no corn syrup, GMO, preservatives or additives.

11. Are your formula products FDA Approved?

They are neither approved nor disapproved. Our formulas are made in Europe and the FDA is a United States federal agency that regulates products only sold and made in the U.S.. The United States Government only sponsors American brands in hospitals and stores within the U.S.. Introducing international competition would not be beneficial to American companies, despite our brands being established many years earlier.

12. Are your formula products USDA Certified?

Our products are European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) certified, which holds stricter regulations than the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). For example, the USDA has yet to acknowledge 3-MCPD, a hazardous substance which may be extremely harmful and cancerous. While Europe has already reduced or eliminated it entirely, it could still be actively included in American formulas. Similar regulations apply for genetically modified ingredients and sweeteners.

13. Why are your formulas better?

Our organic European formulas are made from grass fed cows' and goats' milk. These cows are free of any growth hormones and live free-range which aids in healthier milk production. Our formulas do not contain any harmful ingredients (ex: added fluoride, corn/rice syrup, additives, genetically modified ingredients, sweeteners, preservatives or colors) found in most baby formula brands.

14. What is the difference between formula stages?

The difference between each stage is that each stage is tailored to meet the nutritional requirements for the baby's relative age.

15. When do I transition my baby onto the next stage?

Transitioning your baby onto the next stage is recommend once they have approached the end mark of the current stage. (i.e. Holle Milk Stage 1 is intended for babies from birth to 6 months. Once your baby turns 6 months you can begin to transition them onto stage 2). The follow-on stages are formulated to meet your baby's expanding diet and contains the nutrients they need.

16. I’d like to switch the formula I am currently giving my baby to a formula that you sell on your website. Is there any specific way that I have to transition between formulas?

Yes, transitioning babies onto a different formula should be done gradually. By gradually weaning them onto a different formula or stage it allows their digestive system to adjust to the different composition of formula they are receiving.

17. When is an appropriate age to introduce cereals to a baby?

The recommended age to introduce cereal is at 4 months old. It is recommended to begin with a single-grain cereal because it is easier for a baby's system to digest. Most parents begin by introducing either oatmeal or rice but oatmeal is considered to be more nutrient-dense.
